Position Summary
For our NBS Lisbon Source to Play (S2P) department, we are currently looking for a Trade Assets Senior Procurement Specialist. You will report directly to Source To Pay & Trade Assets Lead and functionally to the Global Procurement Category Manager. You will actively support the implementation of the Nestle Professional beverage system strategy. In this role you will collaborate closely with business, suppliers and operational teams, ensuring the coordination of Procurement activities with all the relevant functions.
A day in the life of...
* Contribute to the sourcing strategy with spend analysis and supplier performance information
* Continuously develops and maintains supply market and category knowledge. Provides regular feedback, report and analysis
* Consolidate business needs and evolution from Nestle zones, markets and R&D
* Support the Procurement Category Manager in the negotiation process with global supplier and Spares parts.
* Provide cost breakdown and total cost of ownership analysis
* Identify cost reduction opportunities and contribute to the delivery of cost reduction targets
* Define and manage procurement projects with the objective to add value to the business.
* Become the SPOC for internal stakeholders and suppliers related to the Nestle Professional beverage system category, including projects and day to day activities.
* Manage Procurement compliance (vendor approval, supplier relationship management program, process & documentation, responsible sourcing) and Procure to Pay activities for the whole product lifecycle, including phase out.
* Ensure effective management of contracts, including Supplier Agreements and purchasing records.
* Collaborate with technical and quality team to ensure best supply in terms of Quality (i.e. collecting failure rate, lead claim management process, etc.)
What will make you successful
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Procurement, Engineering or similar
• Experience managing international stakeholders with strong communication skills
Project management
• Intermediate/Advanced Level of Excel / Power BI with strong analyticial skills
• Intermediate/Advance Level of SAP;
• Advanced Written and Spoken Knowledge of English;
• Autonomous and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive to look for opportunities of improvement in order to meet service expectations
