Our client is a multinational asset management company working on the implementation of a new hub in Porto. The Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in managing client relationships. This permanent role requires expertise in banking, financial or consultancy services to ensure successful client satisfaction and business growth. Description Manage and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions; Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring issue resolution and client satisfaction; Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client engagement and service delivery; Lead regular service reviews and participate in board meetings, including minute-taking, Advise clients on sustainability and ESG best practices, supporting their integration into business strategies; Facilitate communication across departments and oversee projects such as fund launches, liquidations, and migrations; Communicate project and service updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients; Identify cross-selling opportunities and propose new services aligned with client needs. Profile University degree in Finance; 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a ManCo/AIFM, asset manager, or Big 4 advisory; Strong understanding of Luxembourg regulatory framework (e.g. AIFMD, UCITS, CSSF Circular ******); Excellent organisational and communication skills; Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, in a dynamic and regulated environment; Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; Fluency in English; Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams; Experience with CRM software.
