Main Responsibilities:

* Welcome and complete the check-in process for all guests in a timely and professional manner.

* Manage room allocation based on guest characteristics, such as VIPs and new customers.

* Handle guest requests, inquiries, complaints, and suggestions in a prompt and efficient manner.

* Display knowledge of hotel products, services, price rates, promotions, and special events.

* Be aware and communicate available hotel services and general safety information.

* Maximize room occupancy at best rates through effective sales techniques.

* Provide accurate information to guests about the property and surrounding area, including local attractions and events.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in the Front Office department, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity.

* Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.

* Fluency in local language is a must and high level of English is required.

* Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office, TMS, etc) and Front Office systems.
">
* Customer service focus and ability to respond to a variety of work situations.

* Strong communication skills, sales orientation, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
