The Retail segment develops iconic brands like Nike, Jordan, Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, LEGO, Garmin, Oakley, Womo, Bullfrog, Armani Exchange, Saint Laurent and Starbucks.
They are seeking a Store Manager for their LEGO store in Colombo, Lisboa with a positive attitude to convey to the team and customers. Key characteristics include energy, dynamism and passion for the brand. As a guardian of customer experience, they will promote excitement among youngest customers, families and fans while achieving sales targets and managing team members.
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining high-quality customer service
* Managing warehouse organization and merchandise movements
* Enforcing internal procedures and company guidelines
* Ensuring store image and order
The ideal candidate has strong customer focus, high team motivation skills, good organizational and management skills, previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, and analytical skills for sales KPIs.
