We're looking for aIT RISK PROJECT MANAGERYou will operate on behalf of internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, while contributing to sourcing strategy execution and cost optimization.Who We're Looking For:You will work the rollout of cybersecurity requirements across various entities, ensuring proper implementation, evidence collection, maturity assessment, and remediation tracking.This is a governance-focused role — not operational security — ideal for someone experienced in managing complex IT/Cyber programs within regulated environments.Professional Experience & Main TasksDrive cyber maturity campaigns across multiple entitiesInterpret and operationalize a cybersecurity control matrixIdentify and validate required evidence for complianceCoordinate stakeholders across Secure Development, IAM, Infrastructure, Third-Party Risk, and Business teamsManage roadmaps, milestones, and remediation plansTrack delivery progress and escalate risks when requiredLead steering committees and stakeholder alignment sessionsProduce executive-level dashboards, gap analyses, and one-page summariesCollaborate closely with Security Risk Management teams Skills & Experience3+ years managing Infrastructure and/or Cybersecurity projectsStrong experience in governance, risk tracking, and structured deliveryUnderstanding of cybersecurity concepts (CIA triad, IAM, secure development, vulnerability management, third-party risk)Experience working in regulated environments (banking, financial services preferred)Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholdersStrong reporting and executive communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point)Nice to have:Exposure to ISO 27001 / NIST / DORA or similar frameworksAgile methodology familiarityPower BI knowledgeFrench language skillsLanguage RequirementEnglish –B2Work SetupHybrid
