We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team.
Key tasks & activities
* Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
* Coach and mentor the development team on agile practices and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework
* Remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team's progress
* Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure a clear and prioritized product backlog
* Track and monitor team velocity and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and help the team evolve their agile practices
Requirements
* Proven +5 years of experience as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
* Strong knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principles
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to facilitate and mediate team discussions and conflict resolution
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus
* Experience with PMO project management
* Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
