YOUR ROLE
* Work on multiple projects during the consultancy lifecycle, designing and improving service experiences across various touchpoints to ensure a seamless user journey.
* Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors, synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
* Analyze research data to identify pain points and opportunities for service improvement.
* Apply design thinking principles to ideate, prototype, and test solutions, leading and facilitating sessions throughout the process.
* Develop service blueprints, journey maps, personas, and other artifacts to design future journeys.
* Communicate design solutions and rationale to stakeholders through presentations and storytelling.
* Present design concepts and strategies to clients, highlighting their value and impact.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure cohesive service delivery.
YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Design, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, or related fields.
* Over 5 years of experience working autonomously with other designers.
* Experience in design thinking projects and end-to-end implementations involving development teams.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, balancing user needs and business goals.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and others for discovery and design phases.
