Job Title: Business Development Representative
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain close communication with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Monitor daily sales and operations, providing insights to enhance sales and operational capabilities.
3. Develop and manage customer relationships for new and existing customers, ensuring pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales satisfaction.
4. Expand distribution channels and increase market share through strategic planning.
5. Collaborate on customer-related matters, including contracts, orders, logistics, after-sales service, and marketing initiatives.
6. Oversee monthly sales forecasting and planning, ensuring timely delivery and payment.
