Job Description:
* We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to lead our campaign initiatives, leveraging Interaction Studio for personalized experiences.
* Collaborate with Front-End Developers to integrate personalization logic on web environments, utilizing EdgeWorkers or client-side implementation.
* Set up and tune Einstein Recipes to drive product and content recommendations, enhancing customer engagement.
* Leverage JavaScript/HTML expertise to customize templates, troubleshoot campaign behavior, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
* Work closely with analytics and marketing teams to validate campaign performance, data tracking, and alignment with business goals.
* Document technical implementation steps, support QA before launch, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Interaction Studio: campaign setup, web template management, and code injection.
* Strong Front-End development skills: JavaScript, HTML, JSON, and proficiency in browser dev tools.
* Familiarity with tag management platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and align with internal sprint planning or release timelines.
* Excellent communication skills in English, comfort working across multiple time zones, and stakeholder interactions.
