We're looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team on a project in the SaaS solutions area, located in Lisbon. This role involves collaborating with other Product and Engineering Teams across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway to build and maintain our company's products.
About the Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be part of a talented product organization that creates high-performance tools used by thousands of field and office workers across the Nordics.
You'll work closely with multiple agile teams, each contributing their unique expertise and strengths, to continuously improve and expand our product suite. Our platform serves as the operational hub for construction companies, integrating planning, fieldwork, and business systems into one.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain both frontend and backend features for complex web applications.
* Contribute to improving application performance, maintainability, and scalability.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
* Collaborate on DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring.
* Conduct code reviews and write automated tests to ensure code quality.
* Help evolve our tech stack over time toward more modern frameworks where needed.
* Implement and maintain unit tests and automated testing.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years of experience in software development.
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with full stack web solutions.
* Strong skills in JavaScript and PHP.
* Experience with at least one major PHP framework (e.g., Symfony, Laravel).
* Proficiency in SQL and database systems (e.g., MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
* Good understanding of Agile development and DevOps collaboration.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
