They offer affordable luxury self-catering and all-inclusive accommodations with high standards and a focus on customer satisfaction.Job Summary The Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting hotel accounting operations with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable and revenue control. This role ensures accurate revenue recognition, timely invoicing and collections, and close collaboration with the Revenue Management team to analyse performance, validate revenues across all sales channels, and support monthly financial closings in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Human Resources departmentProcess weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll for employeesCalculate payslips, overtime, bonuses, and deductions (taxes, benefits, garnishments)Apply mandatory deductions (Personal Income Tax – IRS, Social Security contributions, wage garnishments, etc.)Ensure compliance with Tax Authority reporting obligationsMaintain and update employee payroll and contractual recordsVerify timesheets and attendance recordsPrepare payroll reportsRespond to employee payroll inquiriesEnsure compliance with the Portuguese Labour CodeSupport internal and external auditsRequirementsDegree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related fields, or relevant professional experience in the areaPrevious experience in payroll processingKnowledge of labour legislation and HR proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR information systems (PRIMAVERA)Strong organisational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Portuguese and English languages.What We OfferIntegration into a stable and solid company;A supportive and dynamic work environment;Opportunities for growth and professional development;Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications;Ongoing training and development;Birthday day off;Birthday voucher;Maternity/Paternity support voucher.Note This job announcement is equally open to applicants with disabilities, in accordance with Law No. 4/2019 of January 10.Ready to join us?
