As part of our content review team, you will:
* Monitor and review user-generated content videos, profiles, comments, images, and more
* Ensure compliance with community and safety guidelines
* Identify and report harmful or inappropriate content
* Make quick, responsible decisions that keep the platform safe and enjoyable
* Be part of a vibrant, multicultural team of digital-savvy professionals
What You Bring:
* Fluent-level / C2 German + B2 English
* Previous experience in content moderation or related fields (a strong advantage)
* Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused
* Comfortable working in rotating shifts
