In addition to QMS responsibilities, you will also manage Internal Audits, Control of Documents, and Reporting processes.
Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) specific to the Industrial Business Unit, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (as ISO 9001) and regulations, industry-specific standards, and cross sub verticals specificsManage the creation, review, and approval of quality-related documents, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records tailored to the Industrial BU's needsPlan, conduct, and oversee internal system audits according to ISO 9001 to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvementDevelop program for self-assessment by the manufacturing locations of their manufacturing processesGenerate reports on quality performance and trends specific to the Industrial BU, providing insights to management for decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Industrial BU to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)Use data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the industrial sectorDevelop and deliver training programs related to the QMS specific to the Industrial BU, ensuring that employees understand and adhere to quality standards and proceduresDevelop skill matrixes and development journeys for the quality roles in Industrial BUGive input for IND continuous improvement strategies to support the organization's manufacturing quality, cost reduction goals and standardization of processesWhat your background should look like:Engineer with university degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., engineering, quality management, industrial engineering)5+ years experience in Quality Management and QMS implementation in the automotive or industry sectorKnowledge of Quality Management System Standards as ISO 9001, IATF 16494, EN9100, or othersRelevant certifications in quality management and in audits (such as VDA 6.1, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5) are a plusProficiency in SharePoint for QMS development, Document Control, and Internal Audit ManagementGood English knowledge, verbal and in writing (also for presenting)Proficiency in reporting and analysis, knowledge in Power BI is a plusAbility to work collaboratively in a remote team environmentWhat can we offer:Employment contract, ultimately for an indefinite period of timeOpportunity to improve qualifications, trainingsFriendly system of implementation on the job and initial trainingAttractive incentive and social packagePrivate medical care for the employee and family membersLife insurance on preferential termsVouchers for holidaysBenefits for family members (packages, gifts for employees' children)Loans for employees on preferential termsCash profits for recommending an employee under the referral programABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY
