Senior Delivery Lead for iGaming Solutions

About the Role:
* Program Management: Manage a set of linked projects to achieve combined benefits, ensuring resource capacity and achieving program-level goals.
* Delivery Unit Performance Management: Ensure the portfolio of projects within a given unit performs according to expectations (KPIs): CSAT, Revenue, Margin, E-RETs, Employee Attrition.
* Talent Management: Staffing, Onboarding, Developing, Managing Talents Compensation, Motivating & Retaining Talents, Releasing Talents.
* Sales, Marketing & Account Management: Conduct Presale, Account Management, Contract Management.
Key Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience working as Delivery Manager.
* 2+ years of recent experience and knowledge of iGaming industry.
* Experience in managing an organization of 25+ people.
* Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies; experience in design and setup of Agile and Delivery processes.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary.
