Italian Service and Delivery E-commerce Support Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Italian Service and Delivery E-commerce Support team.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Managing customer, seller, and creator inquiries efficiently and professionally while meeting quality expectations.
* Identifying the root cause of reported issues and providing appropriate resolutions to deliver excellent service. Summarizing Q&A and logging into the knowledge management tool.
* Promptly escalating critical/high-risk cases to the relevant authority.
* Coordinating with other teams/departments to resolve customer issues, following up, and ensuring close-looping on all escalations.
* Seeking opportunities to identify ongoing issues and eliminate repeat complaints, reducing escalation rates to enhance operational processes and improve overall customer experience.
* Providing quality customer service, adhering to established procedures and guidelines to meet and exceed department standards.
* Engaging sellers to develop long-term relationships and confidence in client ecommerce.
* Supporting ad-hoc projects and initiatives as per business needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* Native or proficient level of Italian (C2).
* Intermediate level of English (at least B2).
* The ability to adapt to a challenging software system.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
* A desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator, and problem solver.
* Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
* Availability to work from our site in Sete Rios.
* Availability to work from 9am to 9pm UTC+1 Mon to Sun.
