Job Title: Programming Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Programming Specialist to lead our programming efforts across multiple channels and platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing cross-platform programming strategies in support of our wider marketing mix.


About the Role:

The Programming Specialist will lead the programming of Owned (redbull.com & Red Bull TV) and Managed 3rd party (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) channels, as well as community management across these platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of current and potential future audience behavior, as well as expertise in identifying where consumers live digitally, how they consume content, and how to engage them with content according to their consumption behavior.


Responsibilities:

1. Define content programming priorities and create plans together with the Media Network and Marketing teams, informed by past content performance and expert understanding of current and potential future audience behavior.

2. Constantly sharpen strategies of Owned and Managed channels, identify potential programming partner channels, and build consistent holistic programming and release plans across the network.

3. Brief specific content needs with Content team to maximize performance depending on platform and goals.

Develop activation plans with Brand and Communications departments to maximize reach of this content.

Run Social Media and Community Management, Programs local redbull.com and Red Bull TV, and works closely with Creator Marketing (Influencer) lead.

4. Digital Media experience with at least 3 years of management experience in digital programming of channels/platforms.
5. Past experience running social media accounts and/or programming websites and apps.
6. Expert in identifying where consumers live digitally, how they consume content, and how to engage them with content according to their consumption behavior.
7. Constant sense of online trends and knows how to drive Word of Mouth online.
8. Strong communicator, knows how to constantly uplevel digital knowledge in the organization.
9. Clear understanding of competitor activity and consumer behaviour in both a media and FMCG business context.
10. Passion for the brand, its content and values, and understands how to translate this into driving brand love in an online environment through media.
11. Lives and breathes media on the internet.
12. Excellent digital industry knowledge.
13. Analytic thinking, high affinity to data, with ability to translate into strategy and concrete initiatives.
14. Hands-on, not afraid to run accounts when needed.
15. Curious, open, creative.
16. Leadership skills, good presenter and motivator.
17. Problem solver and good mediator aligning and coordinating conflict of interest.
18. Travel 20-30%.
