A Prestigious Multinational is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Management Controller (m/f/d), in the North of Aveiro.
Your new role
You will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the group. You will be involved in monthly closings, group-level reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes, external audits, amongst others. This is a high-impact position with visibility across multiple business units and direct interaction with senior leadership. Key responsibilities:
* Support monthly financial closings and ensure accuracy of group-level reporting
* Prepare and analyse consolidated financial statements and performance reports, cooperating with Controlling, and working together with the local finance departments to obtain and validate accurate, consistent and timely information.
* Participate in the budgeting and forecasting cycles across all business units
* Assist in external audit processes and ensure compliance with financial standards
* Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve reporting tools and processes
What you'll need to succeed:
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
* 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, controlling or other relevant function
* Professional experience in the industrial sector (mandatory)
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
* Fluency in English
