We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst focused on process validation and compliance to strengthen our cybersecurity posture across manufacturing, operational technology (OT), and IT systems.
This role is not about software development — it is about ensuring our cybersecurity controls, procedures, and compliance practices are effective, consistent, and aligned with global standards and industry regulations.
You will collaborate closely with IT, engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to validate cybersecurity processes supporting our intralogistics systems, industrial automation, and connected manufacturing environments.
Your role in our team
* Validate the implementation and effectiveness of cybersecurity controls across IT and OT environments (production lines, PLCs, SCADA systems, robotics, IoT devices).
* Conduct regular reviews and audits of security processes, including patch management, access control, data handling, and incident response.
* Develop and maintain cybersecurity process documentation and validation checklists specific to industrial systems.
* Monitor adherence to defined procedures and report deviations or non-conformities.
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards and frameworks: ISO 27001, IEC Industrial Automation Security), NIST CSF, GDPR, and internal corporate security policies.
* Support internal and external cybersecurity audits, providing documentation and evidence of process compliance.
* Assist in maintaining certifications and audit readiness for manufacturing and IT systems.
* Identify control gaps or process weaknesses in OT and IT environments; recommend and track remediation activities.
* Support cybersecurity risk assessments for new machinery, control systems, or network changes.
* Validate that security measures are properly implemented during equipment commissioning and software updates.
Your profile
* 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or IT/OT process assurance.
* Experience in a manufacturing or industrial automation environment (preferably intralogistics or material handling systems).
* Familiarity with OT/ICS technologies (PLC, SCADA, MES, IIoT) and their cybersecurity challenges.
* Practical understanding of industrial cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST
* CompTIA Security+, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, or IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert.
