Main tasks
As an
Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager
, you will be responsible for overseeing activities related to Accounting and Consolidation services, in line with defined guidelines, legal and tax requirements, ensuring effective operations, compliance with fiscal obligations, and support for decision-making.
You will report directly to the Head of Accounting & Financial Reporting.

Responsabilities
Ensure the general accounting of Europ Assistance (EA) entities, providing up-to-date and reliable financial information, and meeting monthly closing deadlines;
Verify compliance with EA's legal and tax obligations;
Analyze and prepare reports related to Accounting and Consolidation activities to support decision-making;
Ensure EA's analytical accounting to provide necessary information for decision-making;
Prepare the reports required by ASF (Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority), ensuring timely submission;
Guarantee the quality and readiness of information required by auditors;
Manage the accounting, invoicing and collecting team.

How we are looking for
Degree in Finance, Management, or Accounting;
4 years of experience in accounting and/or auditing;
Knowledge of accounts consolidation;
Familiarity with SNC (Portuguese GAAP), PCES, and IFRS;
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP SAP, MS Business Central and Tagetik (considered a plus);
Fluency in English.
