About the Job
This HR Process Owner position plays a critical role in defining, controlling, and managing all People & Culture processes within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring key performance indicators and metrics to measure process effectiveness and track progress.
You will work closely with various stakeholders, including IT teams, employees, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and communication. Your challenge will be to define People & Culture processes, timelines, and workflows, train, coach, and influence all levels of organization on these processes, and continuously identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement.
The Ideal Candidate
* We are seeking an individual with a strong educational background in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
* A technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
* Language skills: Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to travel up to 30 days/year.
