We're hiring: IT SupportMission: Ensure user support by maintaining systems, networks, and all technical and administrative tasks required for the smooth operation of IT and communication systems.Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to users (remote and on-site); • Configure hardware and software (Microsoft Windows environments); • Participate in IT Operations projects (e.g., new store openings); • Manage hardware and software inventory; • Maintain and repair IT equipment; • Perform preventive visits to stores; • Ensure security, confidentiality, and integrity of information.Technical Requirements: • Technical education in IT or similar; • Experience in IT support and equipment maintenance; • Knowledge of cabling, racks, and data center organization; • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Active Directory; • Time flexibility; • Availability to travel (Portugal and Spain); • Strong communication and teamwork skills.Location: Vila Nova de Gaia (hybrid model)Interested?Feel free to send me a private message or share your CV: fmarques@pt.a2it.com
