As part of an internal and international project, we are seeking a
Global Field Business Support Specialist
.
Key Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end deal operational processes and quote-to-cash procedures for SAP select deal motions based on complexity and thresholds, including RISE.
Process customer requests for selling deals, completing required inputs such as Harmony/CRM Opportunities, Quotations, and Order Forms.
Collaborate with Industry AEs, Premium Suppliers, Cloud Architects (CAAs), Commercial Finance, Legal/Contracting, Centralized Deal Support (CDS), and Order-to-Invoice (O2I) Teams to support sales processes and facilitate deal closure.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures related to sales, delivery, financial, and legal requirements, maintaining all files and records.
Provide active support during quarter-end and year-end closes to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables in a dynamic environment.
Work closely with Industry AEs, Pricing, and Revenue Recognition teams during contract drafting and negotiations to verify customer, user, and pricing information, prevent revenue deferrals, and confirm final contract terms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Deal Support roles.
Experience with sales and deal processes involving RISE, Private Cloud, and other complex Cloud deal motions (preferred).
Strong background in sales, quote-to-cash processes, and deal execution.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience with Smartsheet, advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), DocuSign, CPQ/CRM tools, and SAP systems is a plus.
Flexibility to work virtually or in the office as needed.
Willingness to work varied business hours to provide full support, especially during quarter and year-end periods.
