Operations Integration Specialist
We seek a skilled Operations Integration Specialist to ensure the seamless operation of our production systems.
* Develop and execute batch job schedules using Control-M.
* Respond promptly to production incidents and SLA breaches, analyzing and recovering failed treatments and system processes.
* Support releases, deployments, and operational procedures, collaborating with application teams and external vendors.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong background in LINUX/Windows system administration.
* Proven experience with job scheduling tools (Control-M).
* Experience with file transfer tools.
* Understanding of web/application deployment processes (Java, Tomcat, WAR/JAR).
* Familiarity with AWS or GCP operations is a plus.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Dynatrace, Kubernetes, or ServiceNow.
* Knowledge of ITIL principles and an Agile mindset.
