Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, and stakeholders in fast-paced, tech-driven environments. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including developers, analysts, and QA engineers. Ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements. Apply and adapt project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) based on project needs. Maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience managing projects in enterprise environments. PMP Certification. Proven experience in delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong understanding of software development processes and SDLC. Ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic and distributed setups. Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Nice to Have: Certifications in Agile frameworks (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe). Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
