Your mission is to sit at the strategic pivot point where Group Security goals meet global IT operations. You will own the Territory Regulatory stream, ensuring that our international cybersecurity posture isn't just a policy, but a functional reality that satisfies C-Level stakeholders and global regulators alike.
What You'll Do:
* The Master Translator: Pivot seamlessly between C-Level executives and technical squads. You extract strategic vision from the boardroom and translate it into actionable functional specifications for the engineers.
* C-Suite Influence: Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, conducting high-level presentations on program health, budgets, and risk posture. You don't just report; you influence.
* Technical Orchestration: Bridge the gap. You will monitor technical progress and manage the roadmap for regulatory compliance tools without needing to be a security expert-you just need to understand the logic of IT infrastructure and the SDLC.
* Regulatory Governance: Define the KPIs and metrics that track "Territory Regulatory" health across the entire global group.
* Agile Leadership: Facilitate high-stakes workshops, manage backlogs, and craft detailed User Stories that keep technical teams aligned with the business's regulatory needs.
Who You Are (Requirements):
* The Veteran: You have 5-8+ years as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in complex, international environments (Banking or Finance is a massive plus).
* The Strategist: You hold a Master's degree in Business, IT Management, or Engineering. You don't just "gather" requirements; you analyze them for feasibility and business value.
* Tech-Literate (Not a Coder): You have a solid understanding of the SDLC and IT infrastructure. You can hold your own in a room with developers and architects without getting lost in the weeds.
* Exceptional Communicator: You are perfectly bilingual in English. You have the gravitas to challenge C-Suite stakeholders and the clarity to guide technical teams.
