* Contributes to the implementation of clients' and Cardif Support's roadmaps by assisting managers with deployment.
* Supports Operations team leaders responsible for delivering services in line with KPIs and service level agreements.
* Ensures adequate monitoring and management of activities, resource allocation, and scheduling to meet demands and business objectives.
* Leads staff under his/her responsibility to ensure strong employee engagement towards set objectives.
