Customer Service Operations Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our internal customer service process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely follow-up of orders from internal customers in close collaboration with Planning and Logistics teams.
* Maintain close contact with customers to send information about order status and receive updates.
* Support the Sales Team in sales to internal customers.
* Work with management systems implemented in the company for order management.
* Manage billing and credit notes.
* Support Finance on payments.
* Collaborate with other departments on Service claims.
* Ensure treatment of general documentation, archive and correspondence management, as well as specific documentation like credit letters.
About You
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience.
* Excellent communication, team collaboration skills, and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
* Proven proactive approach to problem-solving and strong initiative.
* Advanced written and verbal English (Mandatory), other European languages an advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel), SAP a plus.
