About Our Client
Our client is a leading national company present across the continent, headquartered in Lisbon with offices in various locations. They are looking to strengthen their team with a member for the Safety and Health Department, aiming to integrate and develop the person within a diverse team.
- Conduct risk assessments of various activities, design and implement risk prevention and control systems.
- Develop safety procedures and measures to control and prevent occupational risks and incidents.
- Perform audits and inspections at workplaces.
- Analyze incidents and accidents with potential safety impacts, determine causes and consequences, and ensure corrective and preventive measures are implemented.
- Calculate safety indicators related to workers and service providers.
- Promote specific programs to improve safety and health conditions and well-being at work.
- Plan and execute training programs and communicate effectively with employees.
Qualifications
- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Ergonomics, or similar, with a minimum Level VI Safety and Health in the Workplace certification (CAP).
- Experience in developing safety plans, risk analyses, and proposing risk control and prevention measures.
- Motivated, ambitious, friendly, team-oriented individual with technological knowledge.
