Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end supply chain processes related to parallel trade operations and regional supply reconciliation.
Analyze supply and demand data to inform business decisions and ensure patient-based product availability across markets.
Partner with Country Finance leads, Business planners, and Supply Chain teams to manage quotas, recognize trade flows, and set product allocations to align supply plans with market needs.
Oversee inventory and shipment data to ensure accurate and timely product distribution.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in trade management and operational excellence.
Develop business analytics and reporting tools that enhance visibility and decision-making within the Supply Management function.
Support the implementation of new systems or tools for better data integration and process automation.
Consolidate and report business impact to senior management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
* 5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain or trade operations.
* Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, Tableau, Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
* Strong understanding of supply planning, logistics, or trade compliance.
* Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a multinational, business planning, or regional supply chain environment.
* Familiarity with SAP and/or advanced planning systems.
* Knowledge of EMEA market dynamics and trade regulations.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
