Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in the consumer durables industry.
* Proven leadership qualities and ability to inspire results-oriented teams.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple decision-making levels.
