New fashion ecommerce brand for the US market. We're looking for someone to manage the day-to-day operations in the early stages of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping operations with logistics partners
Manage customer support (handling customer inquiries initially and later coordinating support agents)
Website management (product uploads, copy updates, and coordination with freelancers for improvements)
Product and packaging sourcing, including supplier negotiation
Daily reporting of key metrics (AOV, conversion rate, session duration) and execution of improvement actions
Coordinate invoicing with the finance team and manage monthly close
Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Ecommerce operations
Highly organized, autonomous, and results-driven
Comfortable working in early-stage/startup environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Hands-on use of AI for process automation.
