The role involves configuring systems and broker portals to meet specific client requirements. You'll need strong knowledge of SQL, including query creation, database manipulation, and the use of reporting tools like Crystal Reports and MS Report Builder.
A key part of the job is translating business requirements into detailed technical documentation, solution proposals, and system flows. You'll also be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients and end-users.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to work closely with developers and end-users to ensure compatibility and satisfaction.
