About the job opportunity As B2C Key Account Manager at LG Electronics Portugal, you will be responsible for managing chains customers to develop sales and relationships, increase revenue and maximize profitability in built-in appliances business. Responsibilities · Development and planning of customer accounts Responsible for the achievement of sales targets through the chains channel; Able to accurately forecast sales prediction in chains accounts; Track and control the stock level of the customer (sell in vs. sell out); Acquire a deeply understanding of customers' needs and requirements; Responsible for generation of business in the assigned accounts; Solve any issues and problems found by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust; Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams. · Negotiation and application of the assortment and promotional plan for the client: Present the road map of LG products to customers and negotiate the assortment by type of store; Plan, negotiate and carry out the client's promotional campaigns. · Collaboration in the development of forecasting and supply process Inform of the agreed promotional plan and monitor the sales; Monitor the daily supplies management. · Monitoring KPI's of the account and establish the contingency plans Manage the sell out monthly budget; Develop quarterly updated reports of the account's planning; Define and maximize LG's investment in the account in order to ensure maximum return and exposure; Execute and follow up the promotional agreements; Monitor information on market activities. Requirements · Degree in Management or Marketing · Experience working in B2C business · 4 year experience managing built-in appliances category · In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics · Hands on experience with MS Excel · Excellent analytical skills · Strong planning skills · Strong communication and negotiation skills · Strong organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines · Strong ability to work under stress · Resilience ability · Availability to travel as needed
