We are seeking a proactive Chef d'Projet (French Speaker) to join our BPCE SI department.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage IT projects from conception through to delivery.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget, and communicate these plans effectively to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration among technical and non-technical personnel.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and outcomes.
- Conduct project meetings, document minutes and action items, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development processes, and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience in collaborating with development teams and understanding their workflows.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in French (both written and spoken) being mandatory.
