Job Description
Drive End-to-End Product Delivery:
1. Oversee the delivery of product increments from planning to release.
2. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of initiatives, epics, features in alignment with the product roadmap.
3. Facilitate, govern and guide planning sessions and workshops for product discovery or initiation.
4. Support Product Teams in Prioritization and Estimations of Product features through various techniques like RICE, KANO etc.
5. Manage dependencies across squads to ensure smooth and timely progress on product deliverables.
Facilitate Release Planning and Management:
6. Work with Product Owners and chapter leads to plan and execute product releases.
7. Support pre and post product release activities including L2 support alignment.
8. Improve agility in processes and tools to reduce time to market and enable faster deployments to productions.
9. Ensure frequent releases to gather customer feedback and iterate based on insights.
10. Ensure Quality of the deliverable is maintained by tracking Defect metrics like leakage, defect aging etc.
Facilitate Risk Management:
11. Identify risks that may impact product delivery and mitigate them proactively.
12. Address impediments and escalate issues to stakeholders when needed.
Metrics and Reporting:
13. Track key metrics and OKRs such as velocity, lead time, cycle time, and predictability to evaluate squad's performance.
14. Use data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
15. Review with Product Owners, product performance (., C-sat, adoption, product KPIs).
16. Ensure product development efforts align with desired outcomes and results.
17. Create dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into product development progress for stakeholders like Portfolio leadership, sponsors etc.
Coach on Agile Processes:
18. Guide teams in adopting Agile practices like Scrum, Kanban, or a hybrid approach tailored to the product development context.
19. Coach cross-functional teams, product leaders, and stakeholders to embed Agile mindsets and practices that foster adaptability, autonomy, and innovation.
20. Act as a catalyst for organizational change by challenging the status quo and co-creating improved ways of working.
21. Ensure Agile ceremonies (., Daily scrum, retrospectives, planning) are productive and value driven.
Continuous Improvement:
22. Encourage teams to reflect on processes and identify areas for improvement during retrospectives.
23. Encourage culture of inspect and adapt and failing fast through Sprint Reviews.
Support Team Enablement:

Qualifications
Core skills & experience
32. 8+ years of Agile delivery experience, including as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, or similar role.
33. Proven track record managing end-to-end product delivery across multiple Agile teams.
34. Strong experience in product planning, estimation, prioritization, and release management.
35. Hands-on experience with Agile tools (., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
36. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and scaling practices.
37. Expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing cross-team dependencies.
38. Strong analytical skills with experience tracking key metrics (velocity, cycle time, lead time, OKRs).
39. Skilled in risk identification, mitigation, and ensuring quality delivery through data-driven insights.
40. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Additional Information
