* Previous professional bakery experience
* Training in Bakery or Pastry
* Solid knowledge of HACCP
* Luxury hospitality experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Quality and consistency oriented
* Teamwork and collaboration skills
* Schedule flexibility
* Basic English skills
