* Coordinate calendars and schedule property visits;
* Communicate with clients, landlords, and real estate agencies;
* Organize property videos and visit reports;
* Keep everything updated in our CRM;
What we're looking for:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written);
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Experience with Google Workspace and CRM tools (preferred);
* A team player eager to grow with our dynamic organization.
This is an on-site role at our office. It's a full-time position, with a start date to be agreed upon.
