The professional to be recruited will join the sales team of a leading Portuguese real estate company.
Principais responsabilidades
Sales strategy development (Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals; Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats; Sales planning and forecasting);
Management and monitoring the sales team;
Customer monitoring and management;
Contract Negotiation (Lead negotiations with potential buyers; Review and approve sales contracts, Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance);
Conduct market research;
Develop and manage the sales department budget;
Generate regular reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management;
Collaborate with other departments, such as development and construction, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Perfil desejado
Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
Professional experience in Sales, preferably in the real estate sector;
Ability to communicate with different stakeholders;
Proactive and Committed;
Energetic and Organized;
High level of negotiation skills;
User-friendly computer skills;
Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese.
