About Grupo Pampling
We are a textile company born in Seville more than 20 years ago, with presence in Spain, Europe, and Latin America through over 100 own stores and a solid online channel that connects us with customers worldwide. Our philosophy is based on offering original and sustainable fashion, promoting creativity, diverse talent, and responsible production. We have brands with their own identity: Pampling, Wituka, Pájaro Flama, Nerry, Nostalgic Apparel, Agobio, Catharsis, BM Collective, Citees, Pampling&Co, among others. We have our own screen-printing workshop, Print Guru (El Pulpo), which allows us to control every detail of production and ensure excellent quality. In addition, we manage logistics and distribution internally, optimizing processes and providing an agile response across all our channels.

What are we looking for?
We are looking to incorporate a
Sales Assistant
for our Citees store at Rua Dr. Teofilo Braga, Vila Real de Santo Antonio,with availability of 30 hours per week in rotating shifts from the 19th of December. Previous experience in customer service and a good level of English will be valued.
Main responsibilities
* Advise and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process.
* Handle inquiries, resolve incidents, and manage sales transactions at the checkout.
* Support inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse tasks.
* Maintain store visual standards aligned with brand values.
* Be familiar with the catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, timelines, and shipping procedures.
