Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Customer requirements assessment and solution design
- Implementation and configuration of the Zabbix solution
- Create dashboards, reports, alerts, and notification mechanisms according to requirements
- Operation, support and continuous improvement
Technical Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- More than 4+ years of professional experience in monitoring roles
- In-depth knowledge of the Zabbix architecture: server, proxy, agents
- Strong Linux system administration skills including installation, tuning, and security
- Experience with scripting in Python or Bash for automation
- Excellent skills of communication, performance oriented to customer
- Good levels of spoken and written English
