Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Commerce Strategist to lead and optimize our digital presence across all platforms.
In this key role, you will not only drive online revenue growth but also contribute to the success of a truly exceptional hotel experience.
You will be responsible for defining and leading the yearly digital action plan covering both direct and indirect channels, aligned with revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management and Marketing teams to ensure coherence and performance across all e-commerce activities.
* Oversee the updates and maintenance of the hotel website.
* Earnsure the website is optimized for SEO and offers a seamless user experience.
* Regularly update the site with current offers, promotions, events, and relevant information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* At least 2 years of experience in marketing and/or communication.
* A University degree in Marketing and Communication or equivalent.
* Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook); knowledge of the Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Knowledge of social networks and digital marketing.
* Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal.
