About The Opportunity

You may contribute by…
* Creating and answering questions about front-end development and web design to train AI models.
* Reviewing and evaluating AI-generated code in JavaScript, React, and other frameworks.
* Assessing UI/UX quality, accessibility, and design choices in AI-generated code.
* Providing expert feedback on user interface intuitiveness, functionality, and aesthetics.
We’re looking for people with…
* Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Next.js, Vue, or similar.
* An eye for world-class design—deep understanding of UI/UX, responsive design, and interaction patterns.
* Experience building polished, accessible, and production-ready web interfaces.
* A background in computer science, web development, or digital design (degree not mandatory if experience is exceptional).
* Outstanding attention to detail and clear communication about visual and code quality.
Payment
* Rates range from USD $25 to $50 per hour, depending on expertise, skills assessment, location, and project needs.
* Higher rates may be offered for PhDs or specialized skills. Lower rates may apply during onboarding or overtime phases. Incentive payments may be available for certain projects.
