Your New Role
As an RPA Developer, you will be the primary point of contact for the business, responsible for creating, optimising, and enhancing interfaces, as well as resolving any issues that arise. You will work closely with relevant stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions for connecting IT systems, performing root cause analysis, and finding solutions with the support of a strong IT team.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes.
Analyse and understand business process requirements.
Create and maintain automation scripts using RPA technology.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA tools and processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise automation opportunities.
Ensure the quality and functionality of automated processes.
Document procedures and maintain updated records of automated processes.
Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of automation initiatives.
Provide training and support to team members on RPA best practices.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Strong technical background in RPA development and integration.
Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or VBScript.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
