Kelly Services is recruiting a Customer Services Support - Dutch Speaker for Siemens SA, located in Alfragide.
Your mission will be…
* Planning all maintenance activities for customers.
* Developing and maintaining maintenance plans.
* Scheduling and coordinating maintenance tasks.
* Managing resources and ensuring availability of equipment and materials.
* Documenting maintenance activities and generating reports.
* Collaborating with stakeholders and promoting proactive maintenance.
* Reviewing work orders, equipment history, and maintenance reports to identify recurring issues, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
* Analyzing maintenance data and generating reports to monitor KPIs such as equipment uptime, maintenance costs, and resource utilization.
* Staying updated with industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory requirements related to maintenance planning, and proposing relevant improvements or initiatives.
* Providing technical support and guidance to maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and maintenance procedures.
We are looking for someone with…
* A degree or experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar, and/or relevant work experience in Opportunity to Cash.
* Fluency in Dutch (speaking and writing).
* Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and methodologies.
* Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other relevant software tools.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
