Your Day-to-Day
Lead and mentor a talented team of developers at various levels of experience, helping them grow both technically and professionally.
Stay up to date with technology trends, evaluate their relevance, and guide your team and the wider organization on their potential adoption and value.
Partner closely with project managers to form a strong delivery duo, focused on bringing tangible value to our customers—even when their needs aren't fully clear.
Design and architect IT solutions from the ground up, following a "simple-as-possible" approach that prioritizes clarity, scalability, and maintainability.
Who You Are
You absolutely need to:
Proven experience as a Technical Team Leader in medium-to-large development projects or products, leading a team of at least four developers.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a genuine passion for helping people grow.
Experience mentoring developers at all levels—trainees, juniors, and experienced engineers—and a real enjoyment in doing so.
It would be nice to have:
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, understanding that Agile isn't a one-size-fits-all solution.
