We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst for a challenging project!
What you'll do:
1. Develop Functional Analysis - design solutions that meet the intended needs and comply with:
* the organization's business rules;
* the regulatory business rules;
* the organization's existing functional architecture rules;
* the best practices of the functional analysis methodology (processes, flows, logical data design, information mapping in interfaces between systems);
1. Support and follow-up of other teams regarding functional deliveries: Business, Development, Attendance, Operations.
What you will need to bring:
1. Minimum 3/4 years experience in IT projects;
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Process and Architecture Modeling and Analysis;
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business/Functional Analysis;
4. Experience in logical/physical modeling (e.g., UML, Data Model, ERModel);
5. Fluency in English;
6. Experience working in Agile environments.
What will be valued:
1. Technical Diagrams Modeling;
2. Knowledge of using APIs (using tools such as Swagger or Postman);
3. Experience supporting development teams;
4. Experience in BPMN 2.0 notation;
5. Knowledge in good practices of BABOK.
