Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 3 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
You will play a critical role in shaping our sales vision and ensuring its alignment with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities Business Development Respond promptly to daily leads and welcome potential clients at our three locations, ensuring a high-quality and personalized customer experience.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Strategic Planning Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives.
Operational Excellence Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient management of prospects and leads.
Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to inform decision-making.
Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), and sales analytics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate goals into actionable plans.
