Your Role
Act as the primary point of contact for the client at executive and operational levels
* Lead project governance; KPIs, SLAs, executive reporting, and steering committees
* Oversee financial performance (Pamp;L, margin control, invoicing, forecasting)
* Identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations proactively
* Coordinate across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams
* Collaborate with Program Managers and Delivery Leads to ensure successful execution
* Identify growth opportunities within the account and support commercial proposals
* Ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement in delivery
Your Profile
* 10+ years of experience Core network engineering, preferably within telecom operators, ISPs, or large enterprise environments.
* Strategic thinker with a strong delivery mindset
* Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels of an organization
* Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced, and multicultural environments
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
* Business-oriented with a focus on value creation and client success
