The Role:
The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams across Flutter UKI to lead high-impact initiatives from concept to delivery.
This role ensures successful outcomes through effective planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. You will oversee project lifecycle, manage supplier relationships, and report to the Programme Manager. Occasional travel to other Flutter locations may be required.
What You'll be Doing:
* Plan, oversee, and report on complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
* Manage risks, issues, dependencies to protect delivery.
* Manage stakeholder expectations through governance and reporting.
* Contribute to prioritization, communicate priorities, and drive actions.
* Identify and remove blockers to maintain momentum.
* Support investment requests with technical input and business cases.
* Collaborate on resource planning, Agile practices, and team efficiencies.
* Coordinate technical due diligence for suppliers.
* Generate delivery reports and address Scrum challenges.
* Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with technical and commercial teams.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience:
* 5+ years leading complex, high-value projects with measurable outcomes.
* Expertise in software delivery lifecycle and scaling Agile Scrum.
* Alignment of delivery with strategic and enterprise architecture goals.
* Proven success managing multiple projects from start to benefits realization.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational change skills.
* Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to varied audiences.
