Seeking a skilled Freelance Recruiter to lead the way in connecting candidates with clients. This role offers a commission-based structure, where earnings are directly tied to successful candidate placements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Diving into various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to find top-notch candidates
* Conducting interviews, assessing qualifications, and determining the perfect fit for specific job roles
* Working closely with Service Delivery Managers and Managing Directors to ensure seamless recruitment processes
* Maintaining a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and building lasting relationships
* Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
* Keeping candidate profiles well-described and updated for future reference
Requirements:
* Native or fluent Russian speaker (C2) with good English command (at least B2)
* Previous experience recruiting Russian speakers in Europe
* Stellar communication and people skills
* Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently
* Great time management, responsiveness, and organizational abilities
* Familiarity with recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques is desirable
* Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a bonus
